Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Where are your products manufactured?
We manufacture 100% of our products in our Logan, Utah facility. When you order from us, you can rest assured that you are talking to and dealing with the people who actually make your decals. There is a growing trend on the internet where “label shops” appear to offer a huge variety of label products when, in fact, they are only middle men who manufacture very little or none of their own products!
What if I’m not satisfied with my hardhat decals or labels?
If our products fail to meet your expectations we will offer credit for other labels or replacement of your labels. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order to take advantage of this offer. Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, production quality issues, and material problems. It does not cover customer artwork issues such as spelling errors. Keep in mind that you should be able to “catch” any artwork problems before receiving your labels because we ALWAYS send an email proof for approval BEFORE running any job.
The best way to place an order with us is to call us toll-free at 800-559-4046 or send us a purchase order via email to Order labels. We require a 50% deposit to get started on the order. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping the labels. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX over the phone or PayPal online.
Will I receive a Proof before my job is run?
Yes. We will email a PDF proof at actual size 1:1 prior to printing. You must approve the proof before we print the decals. We will send the proof within 2 business days after receiving 50% deposit.
What is a “Short-Run” hardhat decal or label order?
A “Short-Run” in our end of the business typically means a run of less than 5000 pieces. The majority of our orders are for 500 pieces and less. Our average order amount is 200 pieces.
How long does it take to manufacture my hardhat decals?
Our standard turnaround is 5 business days from receipt of order to shipping the job. Orders must be in by Noon Mountain Time to be considered received that day. Orders received after the Noon cutoff are considered received the following day.
NOTE: Proofs must be turned around (approved) on the same day they are sent in order to meet our 5 day turnaround. Every day added to the proof turnaround will be an additional day added to the ship date. An order received by us on 11:00 am Tuesday will ship the following Tuesday afternoon (as long as the proof is approved on the day it is sent).
Can I get my hardhat decals faster?
YES! Expedited delivery is available as follows:
- Same Day Turnaround — Add $50 per part. (Order must be received by 9:30 am)
- 1 Day Turnaround — Add $45 per part.
- 2–4 Day Turnaround — Add $35 per part.
Is there a minimum order for hardhat decals?
No! We have no minimum order amounts for any part. You can order Qty-1 and up on any part.
Are there any die or tooling charges for my hardhat decals?
No! There are never any die or tooling charges on any decals that we manufacture.
Can I order a custom decal type that’s not listed?

What is "Full Color" and CMYK?
To reproduce full-color photographic images, typical printing presses (and some inkjet printers) use 4 colors of ink. The four inks are placed on the print surface in layers of dots that combine to create the illusion/effect of many more colors. CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) refers to the ink colors used in the printing process.
When submitting artwork for 4-color printing its important to convert the images to the CMYK color space. There are color differences between images in RGB (most digital images) and CMYK so that when converting from RGB to CMYK there will probably be some shifts in the color. This is particularly noticeable if you have precise corporate or logo colors.
